New Faces Camera Club - Event Rules

WARNING!

You may be asked to leave the event for violation of these rules. If you are asked to leave this event, You are permanently banned. You will forfeit all club dues paid.

New Faces reserves the right to change these rules at our discretion. These rules are to be strictly followed. They are meant to help provide a safe and enjoyable photo event for both the models and the photographers. If you have any questions concerning them, please feel free to ask a staff member.

Please alert any New Faces Staff member immediately of any inappropriate behavior. Please let the New Faces Staff remedy the problem.

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE.
Give models room to be comfortable. Please stay at least 3 paces from a model. A photographer should be at least 9 to 12 feet from the model while she is posing. Use a longer lens if you want a close-up shot.

NEVER TOUCH A MODEL. Any Questions?

If a model is obviously changing outfits by her car or table, or is taking a break, please do not photograph or videotape her. Give her a break. Give her time to get ready for the next posing session. This will make for a relaxed and happy model who is not pissed off by your actions.

DO NOT HOG A MODEL.
You may want to shoot one model all day, but we all must take our turn with posing ideas. The idea is to share the models. This is not a private shoot. Models must stay within the designated area during the photo day. Don't stray outside of visual range.

There is no place at a New Faces Event for Drugs, Alcohol or Weapons. Any prop that looks like a weapon should be cleared by a New Faces Staff Member before the prop is given to a model.

If a model says "no" to a posing idea, please respect her choice. Model attire will be Fashionwear, Swimwear, Sportswear or Costumes. No T-Backs, G-Strings, or Lingerie. There is no nudity allowed at this event. Exposure of the breast areola, or private areas will be grounds for you and the model being asked to leave. Locations are very hard to find and we can't afford to lose any more. You will be asked to leave if you are reported to be engaging the model to "show a little more".

If a model needs a break, let her take it. No "one more picture" please. Models are instructed to give only their Names and Model Numbers to photographers. Accept it!

If a model complains about a photographer, New Faces reserves the right to ask the photographer to leave the park. We take complaints seriously. It's hard to deal with an upset model.

YOUR ADMISSION TO THIS EVENT DOES NOT INCLUDE A MODEL RELEASE.
If you want a release, please negotiate with the model. Otherwise, your images are for your own personal collection and are not to be published, on paper or electronically. We generally discourage models from allowing photographers to post pictures on websites, but ultimately, this is their decision. If we discover photos on sites, we will verify with the model concerning permission. If you post pictures without permission, your event privileges will be cancelled - permanently.
